Payment

At this time, the shop accepts payment through PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/ which is very easy and secure to sign up). Please make your payment in a timely fashion to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner. And as a helpful reminder, all shipping estimates are from date of payment, not purchase.

Payment not made within 5 days of your order will result in cancellation of your order. Don't worry...I will attempt to contact before cancellation.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund. See Refunds and Exchanges below for info on returns and exchanges.

Shipping

Shipment is to be expected the day after receiving payment, no later than 48 hours (Friday orders are shipped on the following Monday). Originals may take an extra day due to packaging, etc. All US order will be delivered USPS Priority.

Please note for international shipments: Customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. Full retail value of items is listed on customs forms. First Class International is used for international shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customers need to be 100% satisfied with their purchase! If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason please contact Kelly immediately. She'd appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems/mistakes/misunderstandings prior to receiving/leaving feedback.
