Payment

I accept paypal and credit cards. If you want to pay by credit card, you click on the icon that says "paypal" and has credit card icons next to it; this will then take you into a paypal screen where you follow the "I do not have a paypal account" option and then securely enter your credit card details. It's a new feature of paypal's that means you can use your credit card even if you don't have a paypal account!

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE!-
I ship to the address you provide in the Etsy checkout not your Paypal address.

Delivery confirmation is included with every purchase being shipped to a destination in the USA.
If you would like insurance please let me know at the time of checkout and I will send you an adjusted invoice with these extra charges. Insurance varies with the amount to be insured.

If ordering from outside the US, I urge you to insure your package especially if it is a large order. Shipping times vary from 4 days to eight weeks. I cannot reship lost orders. Thank you for understanding.


I ship USPS First class unless otherwise notified and I go to the post office twice a week. Please allow 3-4 business days for arrival.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave my hands to the hands of the postal workers.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have a very high level of quality control, but should it be necessary to return an item, I will happily exchange or refund undamaged items in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must request a return authorization number before shipping the items back to Mamacita Beadworks. You may obtain a number by contacting me via convo here on Etsy.

The returned items must have this return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. The items being returned must be shipped fully insured through UPS or the U.S. Post Office at shippers expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. I will not be responsible for lost packages or packages that become damaged during shipping. PLEASE INSURE ALL PACKAGES! You will receive a refund for the amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses and excluding a 20% restocking fee. Refund will be electronically credited to card holder's account within 7 business days of return receipt. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns; any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days.

Additional Policies and FAQs

**Wholesale Terms**

A minimum order of $400.00 retail merchandise is required. Please provide a valid federal tax i.d. number to receive a 50% discount. The 50% wholesale discount does not include the chain and leather cording or jump rings on the charms. It applies only to the pewter work itself.

Minimum reorder is $200.00 retail.

I accept Paypal as payment. Paypal will process all major credit cards without the customer needing an account with Paypal. Because everything is hand cast in small batches, please allow 7-12 business days for your order to ship out.

Wholesale orders are shipped out USPS Priority Mail with insurance for $9.95.

International Wholesale orders will ship out Priority Mail international with insurance for $16.99 USD.


**Custom Orders**

I'm sorry, but I am not currently accepting custom orders at this time.

***Jump Rings****
The jump rings I use are split rings and are not soldered. Please be aware of this when using my charms and pendants in your designs.
