* All orders receive FREE goodies! (I love to get presents and figure others do too!)

Payment

Payments are expected at the time of purchase. Payments not received within 3 days will result in the transaction being terminated and the item relisted.

Shipping

PLEASE READ!!!
I do not routinely purchase insurance and CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE for packages that get lost in the mail. I will always have a postal receipt as proof of mailing, BUT if you would like your package insured, please let me know and I will adjust your shipping rate accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in my work and care in my packaging. It means a lot to me that customers be pleased with their purchases. If something does go "wrong" though, please send me a conversation email and let me know. I will do everything in my power to make it right.

Please know, however, that I DO NOT accept returns of items that are kept over 10 days, are soiled, damaged, or otherwise not resellable. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
