Payment

I only accept Paypal at this point and expect payment within three days. If you need extra time, please convo me prior to purchasing.

Also, I will hold items to help you save on shipping. Just let me know!

Shipping

Packages will be mailed out twice a week by Canada Post. If you would like to arrange for expedited shipping please let me know before paying so I can adjust your invoice accordingly - after confirming that you accept the shipping cost.

I am located in Ottawa, Ontario - if you are local (or just visiting) and would prefer to arrange to pick up your purchase, please let me know when you buy and I will refund shipping as soon as I receive your payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible so I can work with you to rectify the situation.

Please remember that colors on different monitors can vary a lot. If you have any questions about colours, or anything else for that matter, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
