Payment

I accept PayPal payments in US dollars. All payments must be made in full and clear before any items are shipped. If you have any problems with PayPal please contact me and I will try to remedy the situation. If you purchase an item and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. If you have any further questions please contact me.

Shipping

I ship all packages via the USPS unless another shipping company is requested. Packages are shipped out two days a week on Mondays and Thursdays. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing to my account, excluding weekends and holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each return is handled on a case by case basis, so please read the item descriptions in full before purchasing. To request a return, email me via the "contact seller" link within 7 days of delivery of the item. The item to be returned must be undamaged and shipped within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging. Refunds will only be issued if the piece or pieces are returned. The package must be mailed First Class USPS.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available for the vinyl record assemblages. Requests for rare and/or expensive 45s will require the customer to furnish their own record. Custom orders will be shipped 7-10 days from completion of the order. If the customer ships a record the order will be sent out 7-10 days from receipt of the record. Custom sizes are also available and are priced according to finished size.
