Payment

You can pay either by money order or Paypal.

If you choose to pay by money order, your purchase will not be shipped until I have recieved the money order and it has cleared the bank.

If you choose to pay by paypal, please send payment right away, unless you have special shipping needs such as expedited shipping, or shipping to a different address.

If you have chosen to pay via paypal, and payment has not been received in 24 hours, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item.

Shipping

If you need an item faster than first class delivery, please include a note when you make your purchase. I will send you an updated invoice reflecting the new shipping cost either by paypal or convo BEFORE you pay.

Shipping is full priced for the first item, and $0.50 for each additional item.

All items will be shipped with insurance and delivery conformation. These extras are already included in the cost of shipping. This is not to "get more money", but to cover both you, the buyer, and me the shipper/artist in case the post office loses an item.

I ship twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you need an item shipped sooner, please convo me and I will get it out sooner.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have no issue with refunds on most items if the following conditions are met:

1) You must realize that color can be different between real life and whatever monitor you are viewing. If you want coral, and get pink, that is not grounds for a refund. However, I am human and do make mistakes from time to time. If I ship you the wrong item, email me as soon as you get it, and I will refund your money, or ship you a new item.

2) If the item that you ordered is damaged or defective (the post office is not always as gentle as they should be) upon arrival, convo me right away, I will pay to have it shipped back to me, and I will either ship you a new item or refund you money.

3) Any item that is returned to me that has been obviously used, worn, or purposefully damaged will NOT result in a refund.

4) All food items are non-refundable.

5) Beauty items are non-refundable, unless they are returned un-used in their original packaging.

Please, use your best judgement. I am a very small operation working out of my home in my free time. I am not doing this to get rich, but for the very love of doing it. I am generally flexible and willing to help out, but please don't take advangtage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to custom orders. All custom orders require a good faith deposit of 25%. If there is something that I have already sold and you would like me to try to reproduce it, please convo me. Some items are hard to reproduce, but I will try my best.

Before I ship a custom order, I will send you pictures. If it doesn't meet your expectations, I can refund your deposit minus 10%, and relist the item.

If you place a custom order, please be patient. I will try to get it out to you as soon as possible, but some items take longer than others to produce. I will keep you updated to the process as I go, so you don't feel left in the dark.

I am also open to wholesale/consigment orders. Please convo me and we can discuss price/quantity/etc. in further detail.
