Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom orders!
Almost every item of jewellery I make can be specially made in a different colourway/smaller/larger/children's size...although there may be minor variations with buttons, beads and fabric cuts. I will happily send you images of the completed items before I ship them to you.

If you would like to place a custom order, please email me to discuss it further. I would ask that you pay for the item in full when you place the order. In most cases, the item will be ready to ship within 5 days, and I will keep you informed of its progress until it is dispatched.

Please note - wherever possible, I try to recycle outer packaging. Therefore, you may receive your fancypicnic item in a re-used envelope. The contents will be unaffected, and will be wrapped in tissue, ready to present as a gift if required.
