Welcome

I make everything in a home pet and smoke-free workshop with the help of friends and family who keep me sane and remind me to make dinner.

I have a serger and a sewing machine and way too much material to store conveniently. My current models are two dress forms, Esperanza, an Extra Small/Small and Rebecca, a Small /Medium.

I enjoy Esperanza designs more, since she is lightweight and easy to design on. She is also the better conversationalist and a true diva.

I gain inspiration from the natural world around me and a sweet friendship with Jesus who is what my life is all about. I like to walk in the woods and on the beach, sip cocoa and see old movies. I like old houses, retro and vintage fashion and chocolate. I love shopping in thrift stores and at jumble sales. I have a weakness for wonderful shoes and poetry and gentle things, like tiny children and sea otters.

Payment

Payment is requested at the time of the order via Paypal. If an item is not paid within 48 hours, the sale will be cancelled and it will be relisted.

Shipping

I ship items by either by First Class or USPS Priority mail. Your order will be mailed within 3 working** days of payment receipt. (**If the order is made on a weekend or holiday, add extra days for it to arrive.) I usually contact you to let you know the item has been shipped and will track the item in transit when tracking is available. I am not responsible for items lost but will work with you to try and recover them. If the item is truly unrecoverable, I'll try to work with you to give you a discount or credit for part of the cost of a new item. Contact me if you would like shipping in another form.

**International: International shipping is listed on each item. I will try to find the cheapest and most timely method for shipping for your country. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes. I am not responsible for knowing your country's import regulations or for customs related damages. I am unable to purchase Delivery Confirmation or Insurance for overseas shipping. I am happy to combine items. Please let me know if you would like to upgrade shipping, at your cost, for your items. I will send you an invoice for the additional cost via Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your item and I realize that things sometimes don't fit or look the way you thought it would. I'm happy to refund your money and/or to help you find another item in my shop if you would prefer.

If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund. You must contact me at styletantrum@gmail, or through etsy within 5 days to notify me of your desire to return your item. All returns must be in original, unused condition. Refunds will be made via Paypal when the item is received. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Workmanship

**Sizes - All clothings sizes are given in a general size, such as Medium and in a measurement. The key to fit is in the measurement, so don't rely on the general size for your final choice.

You need to measure your key measurements for each item, usually bust, waist and hips as well as garment length. All measurements are given in the round...wrap the tape around your body widthwise. For bust, be sure to get the widest part of bust and hips and the narrowest part of waist. I will note in the listing if an item is natural or low waist, but in general, most skirts can be worn either way. Most skirts I have are sized for Low Waist. If you wear a lot of Natural waist skirts, be sure to check other sizes smaller than your own...something wonderful may just fit you!

I try to be as precise as possible but be sure to email me if you need more information on a particular item's fit.

** All colorada goods are made in a smoke-free, pet-free home workshop.

* At colorada, I try to make things that are fun and durable. Most items are machine washable and many are machine dryable. I have a serger and most clothing items are serged, where appropriate, for durability.
