Welcome

Greetings! In my shop, I will be offering hand-spun yarn and hand-dyed fibers. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to contact me if there is any problem and I will work to make it right. Situations can be different, so I don't currently have an across-the-board policy regarding return shipping. If something comes up, we'll work it out!

Payment

I take Paypal and personal check. If paying by check, please note that I will ship as soon as payment clears the bank.

Payment is due within three days of the sale. If paying by check, please convo me right away and let me know.

Shipping

I ship via USPS and will choose the method that will get the item to you as quickly as possible for the best rate. If I have over-charged for shipping, I will refund via paypal for the difference. If I have under-charged, only my stated rates will apply.
