Welcome

There's nothing like the thrill of opening the mailbox—the real mailbox, not the e-mail inbox—and discovering a special card, one that was chosen just for you. I love to help keep that thrill alive.

Payment

I accept credit card payments through PayPal.

All transactions will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 3 business days, if you haven’t notified me of any delays within 3 business days.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I will hold your completed custom order under its own reserved listing for no more than 30 days, unless you've contacted me and require more time. If you haven't paid in full by 30 days (and I haven't heard from you with a request for more time), I will remove the "reserved" from your custom listing, making it for sale to the general public.

Shipping

I will ship to the address mentioned in your Etsy purchase, not on PayPal information. Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct.

Items are typically shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted (I’ll give notices in my shop announcement regarding vacation, etc.). Please allow that time (the 3 business days) for your order to be processed, packaged, and taken to the post office.

Since this is a one-woman operation (my toddler isn’t exactly an assistant), there may be slight delays in getting your order processed during peak periods (holidays, promotions, etc.). I’ll do my best to anticipate such delays and notify you accordingly.

Since this is a relatively new store, I don’t have international shipping figured out, but I welcome international orders. Convo me regarding international shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred on international orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I will review a call for a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. I will happily replace any item that is faulty or is not what you originally ordered. Please contact me before attempting to return an item for any reason.

I’m doing my best to create, sell, and ship paper goods that have been subject to my attention to detail and quality assurance. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the items before you purchase them.

No returns or exchanges on custom-made or sale-section items.

All items are individually hand made, and slight variations can be expected from creation to creation. Celebrate the uniqueness, what Willa Cather described as "the irregular and intimate quality of things made entirely by the human hand.”

RESERVED ITEMS
I will gladly reserve up to 3 items for you for up to 30 days. If you have not paid in full for your item(s) by that time, I will remove the "reserved" in the listing. This includes custom-requested/custom-made/alchemy items.

OTHER INFORMATION
RooksPaperScissors logo and appropriate copyright information appear on the back of each card. Everything is created with acid-free, archival quality materials in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
