If you have any questions that are not answered here or on our profile page send us a message and we will do our best to answer you quickly.

Payment

We prefer payments to be made through paypal within 3 days of purchase. If for some reason you can not pay within 3 days send us a convo or e-mail and let us know so that we do not cancel the sale. If we do not hear from a customer after 3 days we will cancel a sale, re-list the items, and leave feedback. There is no way to un-cancel a sale.

Shipping

It is $2.50 for shipping within the U.S., $3.00 to Canada, and $4.50 anywhere else in the world. The price for any additional items is just .50 cents.

We strive to keep our prices fair by buying my packaging in bulk and reusing/recycling whenever we can.

Our shipping price includes postage and safe packaging. All items are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope and packaged for its protection. If you have any special requests let us know at time of check out.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds of shop credit or exchange only. Items need to be in original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays shipping for returned items. Please send me a conversation before you send your item and I can arrange for an exchange.

Wholesale
We are now accepting wholesale orders. If you have a B&M shop, boutique, etc, and you would like more information on the availability of certain items, quantities, and wholesale discounts please contact us.
