I am a small business and have been going now since 2003. I design glass bead jewellery and gem jewellery using silver plated wire, nylon cord and ribbon and make jewellery for all occasions including necklaces, necklace and earring jewellery sets, surfer jewellery, wedding jewellery and, occasionally, children's jewellery. My jewellery designs are individual and crafted singularly (Unless for bridesmaids) so my customers can be sure that they're getting something totally unique to them.
My website has been up a running for two years now plus I also sell my jewels on Ebay and have many regular customers that just keep coming back....my customers of course are the best in the world!

Payment

I can only accept Paypal payments.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract email me at louisebentley [!at] hotmail.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we can then refund your credit card or PayPal account. If your order has been shipped prior to cancellation then we reserve the right not to refund the postage & Packing charges

Shipping

All postage within the UK is by UK First Class Recorded Delivery. International postage is by first class Air Mail. For UK customers, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your jewellery or make sure it is collected on time as any returns to us will incur a charge which we will have to pass on to you and take from your payment method.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to return a faulty or unsuitable item, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please e-mail louisebentley [!at] hotmail.com and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or exchange is required.

Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting or proof of posting (available from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained.
ALL REFUNDS GIVEN AT THE PURCHASE PRICE EXCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE COSTS, UNLESS ITEM IS FAULTY.

Please note that the colours of the jewellery displayed on the website may differ slightly from the colours of the actual jewellery as computers, monitors and cameras do not always portray the same colour.

The measurements of products displayed on the site are for a guide only and as errors can occur, we do not accept any liability if the information stated is incorrect although we do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of any information given.
