Payment

At present I only accept payment through PayPal

Shipping

Postage to the United Kingdom is sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery.

As I am keen to recycle wherever I can - a lot of my packing materials are re-used jiffy bags and bubble wrap.
HOWEVER - if the item you want is for a gift, or (like me) you just like opening pretty parcels, let me know and I'll wrap it up nicely

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided that all items are unused and in their original condition.

Postage costs cannot be refunded and buyers will be responsible for postage costs when returning items.

If you do need to return an item please contact me in the first instance, I will then provide a returns number.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All my items are already made and ready to dispatch! I like to keep things as original as possible - sometimes my jewellery contain rescued elements from broken vintage pieces. My paper charms are handmade by me so each one is unique.
However - if you do see a sold item you simply have to have, convo me and I'll try to sort something out
