TazioDesigns's Shop Policies

Payment

We accept Paypal and Money Orders. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. We strongly suggest using Paypal for your security and ours. If your only option is through money order than please take note that your item will not ship until we receive payment. If you need to make special arrangements please feel free to get in contact with us and we will work with you on your situation.

If you pay using an e-check through PayPal, they may hold the funds for up to 3 days before dispersing them. Your item will not ship until PayPal clears the payment, so please keep that in mind.

Shipping

All items ship USPS by default. If you would prefer to upgrade your shipping method please contact us BEFORE purchasing your item and we will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the change.

All items ship within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. We will contact you once your item has shipped, so you know it is on the way.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds at this time, but we are sure you will be happy with your purchase for Tazio Designs. If for whatever reason you are not happy please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do our best to rectify any issues with your purchase.
