MKBartstudio's Shop Policies

Welcome

I use only the highest quality materials in my artwork and prints. All of my prints are made by me using a professional grade Epson printer with K3 Ultrachrome inks. My standard print paper is Epson Ultra Premium Matte paper. Contact me about prices for prints on canvas paper or other high grade Epson papers.

My small prints are open edition and signed on the back. I have larger sizes that are limited edition prints. Those are signed and numbered on the front. I usually list the smallest size. Just convo me if you want a larger size.

All prints are lovingly wrapped in a plastic sleeve and securely packaged in a sturdy flat mailer or mailing tube. You may also find an extra treat in your shipment!

Payment

I accept the following payment methods:

Paypal, which accepts credit cards and e-checks
Money Orders, issued by the United States Postal Service
Personal Checks, made out to MKB Art Studio

NOTE: Money Orders and Personal Checks must clear the bank before I will ship the work.

Shipping

I ship USPS Priority or First Class. Payments must clear before your order is shipped. Buyer must pay for insurance on orders more than $250.00.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:
If you pay with Paypal I will ship to your PayPal confirmed address, not your Etsy address. I do this to be covered under paypal policies.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please convo me for shipping prices per order. International Buyers are responsible for customs fees and insurance for large or expensive shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items purchased through MKB Art Studio may be returned for any reason within thirty days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please e-mail me for a Return Authorization Confirmation Number, and then ship it back in its original condition, postage pre-paid. All returns must have the Return Authorization Confirmation Number printed clearly on the outside of the package in order to be accepted for restocking. Returned items will be inspected immediately. If the item(s) are in their original condition, a credit will be given and a check or exchange will be granted.

Returns after thirty days are not guaranteed and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sale items are exempt from our return policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
