Hi,
This is a great jewelry shop that makes all kinds of wonderful pendants. We do custom orders upon request as well as ship internationally. We may be branching out to include different kinds of jewelry and even brooches!

Payment

I accept paypal. you do not have to have a paypal account to pay via paypal.
Buyer has 2 days to complete purchase of goods. If you bought and need to cancel you must convo me and let me know, otherwise i may end up leaving a negative feedback on your page if i cannot get a hold of you.

Shipping

I ship products 3 times a week and ship all products 1st class mail. If you would prefer to recieve your product priority mail, you need to send me a convo so that i can create an invoice for you to pay at.
If you want insurance or delivery confirmation for your products you will need to email me so that i can create a listing for you. Otherwise i won't be held responsible for lost or broken packages.
During holiday seasons please note that if you do not order priority shipping your products will be shipped FCM, usually FCM is 3-4 days, however with the holiday rush everything tends to get to customers a lot slower. To insure your delivery by Christmas make sure to convo me before ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have insurance and your product was damaged or loss withing 30 days of buying the product you can either request to have the item resent to you or request a refund minus 0.20
