Payment

Sudzi Soapworks accepts Paypal, RME (Revolution Money Exchange) and Google Checkout. We'll also take Money Orders or Personal Checks but please understand that your order will not ship until the check or money order is cleared.

All payments must be initiated within 3 days of purchase or they will be subject to cancellation. I will make a valiant attempt to contact you before I cancel an order. If you have a delay and are unable to pay within 3 days please let me know. I may be able to hold the item for you.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise indicated in a product's listing. By default, all items are shipped via the least expensive service of the U.S. Postal Service. This is often First Class or Parcel Post. If you require your item to be shipped by a faster method please convo me. I'll be happy to work with you to get your order to you sooner.

International orders are always welcome. The shipping prices on my listings are my best guess for a very wide range of destinations. I'll honor the price on my listing, but if you have a feeling my estimate is too high please convo me. I would be happy to check on the rate to your particular destination and adjust my ship cost for you accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any complaints, returns or problems must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

LOST ITEM: If possible, we'll recreate the item that has been lost. If that is impossible, we'll offer you store credit or a comparable item. If you prefer, we will refund you for your entire purchase (including shipping.)

RETURNS: Due to the nature of the products sold on Sudzi.Etsy.com we cannot accept returns on products.

CUSTOM ITEM RETURN: If a custom item does not meet your expectations it may be returned or exchanged once for store credit. Items purchased with store credit will be considered final sales.

MISTAKES: In the event an item is not as described, or if a defect is found that was not indicated in the listing description we will accept a return for that item. We may ask that you return the item to us before a refund is issued. If we do ask that you return the item please include the receipt for the shipping cost in the box so that we can reimburse you for the cost of returning the item.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: We do very happily accept wholesale orders. We can work with you to create large or small batches of the item of your choice. Please contact us for details on pricing and availability for the items you are interested in. Please understand that there are minimum order requirements to qualify for wholesale pricing.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Sudzi Soapworks can create custom items with ease! We love creative challenges and would love the opportunity to create an item just for you. Name your heart's desire and we will try to make it happen! To place a custom order please convo us or submit a private Alchemy request using the "Request Custom Item" link on our shop's page. We'll work with you to create an item tailored to your specific needs and tastes.
