Welcome to my shop policies, please read everything before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

Payment

--Payment--

I accept paypal and money orders in US dollars. Paypal payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Money orders must be received within 7 business days of purchase. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems or questions regarding payment.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees assigned at customs.

--Layaway--

Layaway is available on any items priced at $65.00 and up, with a 25% non-refundable down payment required at time of purchase. The full balance is due within 60 days of the original purchase. Please contact me if you would like to put items on layaway. In addition if you are purchasing multiple items from my shop that exceed $65.00 total, layaway is also available based on the same terms.


--Trades--

I am open to trades of any of my items. Please contact me with details. Please do not be offended if your request is turned down as I cannot always swap with everyone.

Shipping

--Shipping--

Domestic Shipping Policy - I ship items USPS First Class Mail. If you need something quickly, please contact me so that I can set up a either Priority or Express Mail shipping for you. There is no Insurance unless requested.If your package is lost or damaged in transit and you have not taken insurance, I cannot be responsible for replacement of your purchases.

International orders---Packages are sent via the most economical way. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees assigned at customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me immediately regarding any concerns with your purchase you may have following the receipt of your order. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems/mistakes prior to receiving/leaving feedback.

Most items can be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.

All items must be returned in as new condition. Shipping and postage costs are not refundable. I charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. This fee is waived if you are returning due to faulty craftsmanship or an error on my end.

Please note that this does not apply to custom orders these works are final sale.
