Payment

While Paypal transactions are much appreciated as a method of payment, money orders are also acceptable. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
If payment is not received within 72 hours of order, I reserve the right to cancel your order and re-post the item for sale.

Shipping

I make three shipment trips per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and will be shipping all items USPS. If you do not recieve your item(s) in a timely manner or recieve damaged items, please refer to the refund/exchange policy.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchased items upon reciept or recieve damaged goods, please contact me within 48 hours of recieving the item to facilitate a re-shipment of goods and/or a complete refund. I want to work with all of you to create good artistic community, so if an unfortunate circumstance with shipping or dissatisfaction were to occur, the right plan of action will be determined between the buyer and seller on a case by case basis.
