Payment

I accept payment by Paypal.
Items not paid for in 7 days will be re-listed.

Shipping

I SHIP TO THE PAYPAL ADDRESS GIVEN. Please be sure to either convo me your correct address if it is different or be sure your paypal address is current.

I ship using Canada Post's standard mail, unless you'd like faster shipping. Convo me for details.

SHIPPING IS NO COST TO YOU FOR U.S. AND CANADA. I use the most inexpensive available shipping rate (Surface/Ground) for all packages going to Canada and the US. Your shipping includes postage and packaging. Most packages arrive in one to two weeks. If your package has not arrived in three weeks, I definitely want to know about it.

If you'd like faster shipping than standard mail, please convo me and let me know, I will figure out the rates and get back to you.



International/Overseas Destinations: I understand that surface/ground for international purchases takes two to three months to arrive, especially to Australia and the UK.

I will calculate International shipping rates to cover Airmail postage to all non Canada/US destinations. Packages arrive in one to three weeks.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items are fully returnable or refundable (minus shipping cost) within one week of receiving it, provided it is clean and unworn. I want my customers to be happy with their handmade purchases!

CAN I PICK THE ITEM UP?
all items won will be mailed to you. If you live within Metro Calgary, I might be able to deliver the item to you.

THERE’S A HOLE IN FABRIC/FADING/PILLING
The fabric I use has a history. I use the best quality parts I can. If I’ve left a pinhole in the fabric it’s part of the design. I will declare all “imperfections” in the fabric in the item description.
