Payment

I accept paypal and credit card payments. If you don't have a paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card through paypal.

Shipping

I generally ship the day after receiving payment. I do not ship on Sundays. Shipping will be fulfilled by regular Canadian Postal Service. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon the distance traveled and time of year. Most North American orders should reach their destination between 4 and 12 business days from the date of shipping not from the date you placed your order.

Please note that you are responsible for all import duties, taxes and fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a piece and wish to return it, please CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt of the item for a return authorization.

The item must be returned within ten (10) days of the date you received it. Also, the returned item must be in the same condition it was received to receive a refund.

PLEASE, DO NOT return the item without contacting me first. If the return is made without contacting me, the refund will be void.

The refund will be issued (less S/H fees) after the item is received and inspected.
