Welcome

Thank you for shopping at my Etsy store. I work in a pet and smoke-free studio. I do not use any toxic materials and basically work in a sterile environment. Therefore, please be assured your purchase will arrive in the utmost cleanly condition.

I use the strongest and best elastic bead cord available and tie-off with a gazillion knots. I use a special glue inside the base bead to secure the knot and ends of the cord.

Please contact me if you have any questions before making a purchase. Unless there is a notice that I am away from the store, I will get back to you asap.

Payment

I prefer PayPal. It's fast, easy and the safest payment method in my opinion. I quit taking checks and money orders when I started shipping globally. PLEASE DO NOT send cash.

Notification of payment mailed or PayPal payment must be made within three (3) days of purchase, or the transaction will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

I will mail your package (USPS) as soon as practical upon payment. This is usually the next business day. I like to ship as soon as I can because, when I place orders, I want them sent NOW! You may upgrade to Priority and/or insurance, upon written request. Actual additional fees will apply. I ship via FedEx for overnight delivery requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

Satisfaction is guaranteed! Most items I make and sell are handcrafted from paper and are fragile. As with any piece of jewelry, it can break accidentally. If a product breaks within thirty (30) days of purchase or is damaged in shipping, please return all pieces to me. At your request, I will either replace the item and reimburse your postage or I will send you a complete refund. I am not responsible for lost packages.
