Thank you for taking interest in my shop!

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal only; Payment should be submitted within 2 days of purchase, otherwise the order will be cancelled. If for any reason you cannot make the payment in the allotted time, please contact me and we can work something out! I'm a reasonable and honest person so I won't bite your head off!

Shipping

Patterns
Patterns will be e-mailed in PDF format.
After receiving payment, I will email you your pattern to your registered Etsy email address. If you are having trouble receiving your pattern, please let me know! In addition, check that the email hasn't been filtered into your spam or junk mail folders!
Knitting Journals
I ship the next business day (if you're in a particular hurry please convo me and I might be able to help you out!)after payment is received. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail via First Class, all other orders are sent via International Airmail Small Packets.
DELIVERY ADDRESS INFORMATION : I will ship to the Etsy delivery address by default, and not the Paypal delivery address. Please make sure you select the correct delivery address when placing your order!

Refunds and Exchanges

PATTERNS : Due to the nature of what I'm selling, I'm afraid I cannot issue refunds on pattern PDF's.
KNITTING JOURNALS : If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your journal for a full refund; journal must be unused and in it's original condition. Please bear in mind that return shipping costs are at buyer's expense.
