Thank you for stopping by Design's By Jehan. I love to craft and create various items that function for people of all backgrounds. I enjoy being a little different and changing the way people think about traditional products. While my products range from one end of the spectrum to the other, the one thing that will always remain the same is that it is homemade and I created the design, look, and feel of the product. I pride myself on quality and letting my customers know they are important and that they are what inspires me to create.

I welcome wholesalers, special request, consignment, etc. Just ask me and I am sure if your request is reseanable we can work something out!

Payment

Payment is due upon purchase. Please email me should there be extenuating circumstances. While I am a business woman, I am not unreasonable.

Shipping

Items will be shipped flat rate priority USPS unless..

1. There is a cheaper option available
2. You request expedited shipping (customer is responsible for addtional cost)

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are checked for quality and shipped. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and we will see what is the best way to appease the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Items please allow 2-2.5 weeks for delivery. Some custom items may require additional materials that are not currently in stock.
