Payment

I accept Paypal, check or money order. Please pay upon checking out. If no payment or promise of payment is received within three days, your order will be canceled.

I cannot ship items until all monies are cleared.

Shipping

Shipping occurs two times a week, generally on Mondays and Thursdays.
I use USPS first class and priority mail with delivery confirmation.

I do ship internationally, but the delivery time can vary widely, so please allow extra time (2 to 8 weeks) for delivery.

I’m not responsible for customs duties, and I will write the actual value on the customs slip.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you aren't happy with your item for whatever reason, you can return it within 2 weeks of receipt for an exchange or refund. Just send me a message prior to a return so that we know to look for it. Item must be returned in NEW condition, no marks, bends and absolutely no washing. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have an issue with anything you receive, please send us a message before leaving feedback. I can work out just about anything.
