Welcome to my Etsy shop!

I have been painting since 2003 and enjoy this as a part time job. I have been a member of the Colorado Watercolor Society since 2005 and have had some work juried into shows. In addition, I am represented by a local gallery, Arts Alive, in Breckenridge.

Payment

I accept payment with PayPal and credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.

Payment is expected upon order. Your order will not be shipped until I receive payment. If I do not receive a payment within 3 days after your order is received I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.

Shipping

The highest primary shipping cost in the order will be the shipping cost; the secondary shipping cost will be added in for all the other items in the order.

If your Etsy shipping address differs from your PayPal shipping address, I will attempt to contact you to clarify the correct shipping address. If I don't hear back from you on the correct shipping address within 3 days after receiving your payment, I will ship to your Etsy address.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason upon receiving it, please contact me within 30 days of your order date. I will accept a return of the item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Please contact me first before returning any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.

If you like my work, but would enjoy something created especially for you, I can create a commissioned painting for you. I incorporate photography into my process, and a photograph supplied of a person, pup or landscape could be painted for you.
