I strive to give you the best quality possible, for example, if a print doesn't look right to me, I will reprint until it is perfect. Please be patient as I feel this is an import part of photography and delivering you the best product possible.

Payment

Paypal is preferred, I am willing to accept other forms of payment but please let me know before you purchase. Thanks

Shipping

The first item is always $5 shipped standard mail. If you purchase additional items, then shipping is FREE for them. Currently I ship only to the Continental U.S. please contact me before purchasing an item to discuss shipping outside this area. Insurance, tracking, and other upgrades will cost extra and should be disused before purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please let me know if you are not, and how I can fix the situation. Mistakes happen, mail gets lost and damaged, things go wrong, please be patient and we will work to fix any problem that may arise.
