Welcome. I am a professional, full-time artist, working with hand felted wool and resist dyeing. The hand felted scarves that I offer are soft to the skin, warm, color fast, and washable(hand wash in cool water, lay flat to dry). Each scarf is unique and one of a kind as the felting and the resist/shibori dyeing are labor intensive processes, subject to creative chance. The hand felted, dyed, beaded and stitched artworks are carefully considered personal responses to the material and my life. Each has a story.

Payment

Item(s) will be shipped upon confirmation of payment via PayPal.

Shipping

All items are carefully packed in new boxes. All are insured and with have delivery confirmation. I ship with USPS, but can use Fed Ex if buyer requests(shipping charges may change with FedEx shipping). All items are Priority Shipped unless buyer requests upgrade to 1 or 2 day shipping (shipping charges will reflect increased cost). I will ship out within 2 days of order.

Please contact me for shipping rates to locations other than the USA and Canada. I will gladly ship anywhere possible in the world although costs may change depending on country.

Not responsible for post office delays and/or damage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are cheerfully accepted. TERMS are as follows: Buyer must contact me by email before returning any item; item must be returned prepaid and insured by buyer within 2 weeks of purchase; Refund will be of orginial cost of item only minus 10% fees. Returned item must not have been worn or damaged in any way.
