If you made a purchase but did not get a payment confirmation from Paypal, chances are that transaction was incomplete and payment did not go through. So please look out for email and convo from Poetic Designs following your purchase. A order can be cancelled if we fail to receive payment or response from you within a week.

Your satisfaction is paramount to Poetic Designs. I use quality new and vintage materials for my creations. All my products are handmade with personal care and attention. The works featured in this shop are my own original works and are copyright protected.

Payment

Payment All items are listed in US currency.

For your convenience, you may check the currency exchange rate at : www.xe.com/ucc/

TAXES : Only Residents of Canada will be charged a 5% GST on Paypal invoices. Ontario residents will be charged an additional 8% PST + 5% GST, a total of 13% on Paypal invoices for their purchases.

NO TAXES will be applied to residents of other countries outside of Canada.

I only accept PAYPAL at this time. If you do not have an account with Paypal, you may use credit card to pay through Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping address : I will ship to the address per your ETSY account, so please ensure it matches your Paypal address. If you wish the merchandise ship elsewhere, please email or convo me immediately.

Items purchased will be shipped from Toronto (Markham),Canada soon after payment clearing.

Shipping discount is offered for multiple purchases which should be reflected in your Etsy shopping cart.

The shipping fee listed is for Regular Air Mail service, which does NOT include INSURANCE nor DELIVERY CONFIRMATION /TRACKING.

LOSS & DAMAGES :Please understand that once the merchandise leaves my premises, I have no control over the postal service and therefore cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. To avoid any mishaps, I would highly recommend getting INSURANCE coverage for purchases over $50.00.

INSURANCE / TRACKING OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION UPGRADES : please convo me for rates

RUSH ORDER : Please contact me for shipping upgrade and rates.

Regular Air to U.S. : around 6 to 15 business days

Regular Air to Canada : around 5 to 10 business days

Regular Air to Other countries : around 6 to 35 days

The above delivery time frame is given by Canada Post. Please keep in mind that although extended delays are rare, they do occur.

Packaging: Recycled packaging materials will be used whenever possible and your purchased item will be packed with great care.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only offered if there is an error on our part. If an item is faulty you must contact us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for customized
merchandise.

No refunds will be given for postal delays.

Repairs - I will gladly repair any items free of charge that you purchased from my store but shipping is extra.
