Payment

All prices listed are in US Dollars. South Africa can not use Paypal to receive money and therefor have a secure alternative – SETCOM. This works exactly the same as Paypal. An invoice will be sent to you via email and you will be redirected to my site where you can complete the purchase at the secure checkout point. Its quick and painless. Always check that your invoice reflects the amount you purchased the product for. DO NOT SEND CASH.

Shipping

All prices include shipping costs to anywhere in the world – unless special arrangements need to be made regarding shipping.

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days, after PAYMENT has been made, using Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 10-15 working days. If you require an alternative method please let me know and I will find out about costs. Other options include registered mail, insurance, express etc. Just convo me.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Refunds and Exchanges

Contact me within 5 days of receiving your order for any refunds. I will gladly refund the sale price (minus shipping price). In order to refund your money, items must first be returned in their original packaging. Used or damaged items won´t be accepted. Return shipping fees will be at your own cost.

Please submit payment for your purchase within 3 days or I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re list the item for sale.If there's any problem, don't hesitate to contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees/taxes.

I will not be responsible for lost items sent by the standard service. But let me know and I will see how I can accommodate you. Royal Mail is very reliable and has never given me any trouble.

I will be responsible for the lost items sent with Registered service and which include "Delivered" or "Attempted to deliver" in the Track & Confirm option of the postal service.

I will not pay the RE Shipment if you fail to pickup the package at the Postal Office(sent by Registered service)
