Welcome

I believe that my purpose on this earth is to honor God in everything I do. I will therefore make every effort to resolve disputes, maintain integrity, and complete orders with this goal in mind.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment, but I will also accept personal checks and money orders.
Pre-made orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours after payment clears.
Custom-made orders will generally be completed within 7 - 14 calendar days (see below for exceptions).

Shipping

I will use the postal service and Fed-Ex for shipping. When using the postal service, I will use priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you would like to add insurance or upgrade the delivery method, you must indicate this before placing your order. You will be charged accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no returns on custom items. If the item is defective I will repair it, but there will be no refunds. Notification of a problem must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me directly so we can work something out. I stand by my work and want happy customers.
Please contact me in the case of damage or loss, and we will together decide how to proceed.

Additional Policies and FAQs

TIME:
Multi-item custom orders will generally be completed within the 7 - 14 day time frame but may occasionally take longer. If time is an issue for _any_ order, please let me know before placing the order, and I will let you know whether I can complete the order quickly enough. Additionally, I will post updates in my store indicating general turnaround time.

INSPIRATIONAL PHOTOS, OBJECTS, ETC.:
If you have a specific object or fabric you would like me to use to create your order, you may mail it to me at your own expense, but I assume no responsibility for damage, theft or loss. I will also accept digital photographs of rooms or items to use as inspiration, but items in photographs are not always true to color. If you have a specific paint name or fabric you would like for me to use, this may affect price; discuss this with me prior to ordering.

LIMITS ON CUSTOM ORDERS:
I reserve the right to refuse any order deemed inappropriate or personally offensive.

Personalization on frames is limited to black ink and therefore cannot be printed on black or dark frames. If you desire a dark frame and will settle for ready-made text, contact me and we can discuss your options.

I will not knowingly create frames or other items that violate copyright laws. This includes using school logos or other trademarked logos or phrases.

SALES TAX:
Prices include all applicable sales tax.

PHOTOS:
I reserve the right to use photos of your items for advertising and publicity. If you do not want me to use photos of your items, please let me know.
If you have a picture of an item being used, displayed in a room, etc., and you would be willing for me to use it, please send me a digital copy. I would love to have it!
