Welcome to my shop! Paper Cupcake is a budding venture, and something I'm very, very excited about! I am also a college student, so I try to do my projects whenever I get a chance. Here you will find my shop policies. If ANYthing seems unclear, or you have a comment/question regarding my policies or anything related, please feel free to convo me. I take pride in communicating with my buyers to prevent any confusion and to provide security. Thank you for stopping by!

Payment

At this moment, I accept Paypal ONLY. I do not charge taxes, and all prices listed for my items are for that item ONLY--shipping is not included. Payment through Paypal is due within three days of the sale.

Shipping

Shipping for most items is under five dollars and and is USPS Priority. Delivery confirmation, insurance, etc are not included, unless requested by the buyer. International customers are subject to approval PRIOR to the sale of any item(s). Shipping is done within two business days and the buyer will be sent a message when the item has been shipped. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are eligible for a refund within five days of purchase. All damaged items are eligible for either full refund or exchange. Shipping losses are sole responsibility of buyer, though I have never had problems in that area.
