I take pride in my work and want you to be pleased as well. I love my customers, and want to make your purchase with me to be nothing but pleasant! I ship promptly and securely to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my product or policies!

Payment

I accept Paypal only, and payment is due within 2 days of purchase.

Shipping

***PAYMENT AND SHIPPING***

*Please make note that I will ship to the address on your Etsy invoice and not to the one stated in PayPal; please make sure the address stated in Etsy is correct.*

I ship Internationally on all of my pieces!!! For any original artwork over $25 and for orders of misc. items that total to over $50 the price of insurance is automatically included with the shipping price. Insurance is optional on smaller orders (please contact me prior to purchasing if you’d like to add insurance so I can adjust the price accordingly). If you are a buyer outside of the U.S., the USPS does not insure First Class packages. Please convo me prior to purchasing and I can ship it another way through USPS in order to get insurance for your package. I take great care in packing your items so they get to you in the same condition they left me. However, if a package is lost or damaged I will work with you to make sure your purchase with me has a happy outcome! I am not responsible for duties or customs fees; they are the sole responsibility of the buyer so please be aware of your country's laws. I will ship your item within 3 business days of receipt of payment via USPS First Class. ***If you need shipping quicker that USPS First Class, which is approx. 10-14 working days to Canada or Europe, please contact me and I will find out pricing for a quicker mode of delivery. I'll be happy to work with whatever you require to get your package to you!***

***Due to the delicacy of shipping paintings, I do not offer discounted shipping rates on original artwork. Please contact me with any questions regarding this prior to your purchase. Thank you!***

Refunds and Exchanges

***RETURN POLICY***

I take great pride in every piece and want you to love your purchase! If you find you are unhappy with your piece after receiving it please feel free to contact me within 10 working days and we can work out a return for you. However, I am not responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to me, and will not return the cost of the initial shipment to you.

I can place your child in a whimsical garden setting where he or she is as small as a bee! Or I can paint faces on one of my hand-crafted polymer clay pendants. I love to do commissioned pieces, so please convo me if you're interested! Prices available upon request.



***INVOICES***

I generally do not include a copy of your invoice with your order unless it is being shipped overseas. However, if you would like a copy of your invoice included in your package please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" portion during the ordering process.
