Payment

Payment expected to be made within 3 days of a purchase. So please do so if you plan to purchase an item, since failure implies negative feedback, cancelled transaction and a report with the Etsy admin.

"If you are paying with a credit card or through PayPal, click Pay with PayPal. You will be taken to a PayPal page for that purchase. If you do not want to sign up for a PayPal account, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit card or a bank account. After payment, you will be redirected to your purchase order. You must return to PayPal and pay each seller individually. You will know payment is complete when see a green check mark under your items." (Etsy's Checkout Help Guide.)

Shipping

All items are shipped to the address on the Etsy receipt, unless other address is provided when purchasing.
*
USPS first-class / Priority mail US domestic (3-5 days) and First Class Mail International (usually 6-15 days). If upgrade is needed to a faster shipping method or you require an insurance, your invoice will be upgraded upon request.
*
We ship from the United States (faster) once a week – the day will be specified upon request. Also, we print and ship after the order is received, so we are doing our best to provide you with a perfectly handmade, original item as fast as we can.
*
Buyers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed in their countries. Packages will not be marked as gifts.
*
For items shipped to Mexico, please contact us to establish the shipment method that best suits you (Multipack, Transpais, etc.). Shipment will be charged by the company you chose, therefore we only charge packaging for one item. For two or more items, there is a minimum charge of only 0.01 dls.

Please allow up to 5 more days for custom / wholesale orders. You will constantly keep you updated with the status of your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Inquiries are expected within 7 days after the product has reached to you and solution will be given depending on the circumstances. Refunds for items that do not fit correctly are not accepted (please read product description before purchasing). Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. The costumer is responsible for shipping costs.

In the case of custom made items, there are no returns / refunds.
*
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages – USPS is responsible in those cases. Refunds & exchanges do not apply if such an unfortunate issue comes up.

Please contact us if refund / exchange is needed, or before making a negative or neutral feedback. We are deeply committed with your satisfaction; therefore we are open to the solution that best suits you and the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We leave our doors wide open for Alchemy, custom orders and wholesale! Contact us and we’ll make our best to provide you with what you need. Custom orders require a 50% deposit (not refundable).

If you want a design printed in another colour and/or on another item, let us know, and we will make your wishes come true, if both colour and item are available If our stock ran out of any colour or size you ordered, we will let you know and make the delay as short as possible.

We do not accept consignment for the time being.
*
If your items’ destiny is to be a gift, let us know and we will provide you with plated paper, a plated ribbon and a gift card for the lucky one. Of you want us to send it directly to its final receipt, send us the message you would like to be attached to the present
