Welcome to Sweet Sprout, a growing garden of creativity! My name is Mee and I create these objects as a hobby and love it. I am glad to have the opportunity to share my pieces with the greater community.

Payment

The preferred payment type is through Paypal. By using Paypal, please be clear about which address you want to use. By default I will use the address you have here on Etsy (if it happens to be different than the one you state on Paypal.) If you make a mistake, feel free to contact me to clear things up. :)

Shipping

I usually ship within 1-3 business days using USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation, but for if some reason I don't, I will contact to as soon as possible about my situation. On all occasions I will contact you to give you a heads up on the status of the shipment.

All orders will also include printed invoices. If you do NOT want an invoice, please note me after buying the desired products.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason the items sent out are defected, broken/damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please send them back to me and I will do a free replacement. New items come free of charge!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note that these are original pieces of work so I have to right to reproduce each piece. Although this is true, each piece is made by hand and one will never be the same as another! Please do not reproduce without written permission by me.
