Payment

Payment is due upon purchase. Etsy requires payment to be made within 3 days after purchase. I reserve the right to cancel a sale after 3 days if payment has not been received and customer does not respon to a convo reminder.

California residents must pay a 7.75% sales tax on their items. Paypal will automatically add this to your order when you pay.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.

All items are shipped first class via USPS unless otherwise requested. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible. Your order will be packaged between two sturdy cardboard pieces in a flat envelope for security.

Please note, all orders are shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy- not the address listed in your paypal.

If you would like priority, express, insurance, or shipping confirmation please convo me before you make your payment.

The cost of shipping includes the price of postage, cost of packaging, and handling.

Refunds and Exchanges

All Alina Jolie sales are final.

Refunds and Exchanges for damaged items only. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back. Once we receive the damaged or broken item a refund or exchange will be issued. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Alina Jolie is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to request and purchase shipping insurance.
