Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to go shopping at Leanne's Paper Wonder. I have enjoyed these last few years of making handmade books and cards. I am honored to be able to share them with you. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Payment

I prefer you use PayPal to pay for the items you want to buy. Payment should be made within 3 days of purchase.

Shipping

The item will be shipped the day after the money is received. Usually I will use airmail to send it through the post office in Taiwan. It is a reliable service and is the safest way to get your merchandise to you quickly and safely. I will double check the addresss to be sure I send the items to the right place.
It takes items about 14-18 days to send to the U.S.A. And Canada. For all other countries the delivery time will be about 3-4 weeks.
Shipping Costs from Taiwan to:
The U.S.A. and Canada: $8 ($5 if shipped with another item)
Anywhere Else: $10 ($7 if shipped with another item)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to defects within the product I will be glad to give you a full refund minus the cost of shipping. This does not include shipping damages as that would not be our fault. Send the item back to me within a few days at your own cost, and you will receive the refund once I get the item back.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to custom orders. However, they will be limited based on type of paper available and/or requested. I have limited supplies of some kinds of paper and so this makes it difficult to fulfill all your desires. But I will do my best.
