Payment

I ALWAYS ACCEPT RETURNS ///although a touch regretfully.

Your satisfaction is my object and
DV items are returnable, refundable, exchangeable.

Okay, so you're thinking about returning?... take a week to decide. If you still find your item unlikable, repack and mail it back.

Please be aware: returns must be postmarked within 7 days of initial delivery. Tardy returns will be accepted but are subject to a 50% fine.

I offer two refund options:
(1) the cost of item, less shipping, in cash
(2) full refund in store credit.

Contact me and, hey, please don't wear your item out. As common sense dictates, pieces returned torn, soiled or stained aren't accepted for return, sorry. In such cases, the burden of additional return postage lies with the buyer.

Refund processing takes 1-4 weeks.

As far as purchasing goes, domestic checks & money orders & international MO's are always accepted.
Expect a two week processing delay when paying by personal check or international money order.

MY CONDITION REPORT
Near-mint / Seldom found in vintage.
Sublimely purrrrfect shape -- integrity of garment is intact. No holes, stains or fading.
Excellent / Superb shape --- no noticeable flaws.
In my estimation, a near-mint garment with a innocuous or hidden flaw, such as an unraveling label or a small tea-stain to the interior lining, will fall into this category. Such flaws are always disclosed.
Very good / Delightfully wearable shape with no obtrusive flaws. There may be tiny faults, there may have been alterations or repairs to the garment, but any of these small but significant elements will be reported -- no unpleasant surprises!
good / Noticeable flaws. Only purchased if the item is historically significant.



CARE & HANDLING
Many aged garments lack fabric tags and may be adversely affected by sudsy dunking. Colors may run and fabrics disintegrate. I gently wash & tidy all cotton & synthetic garments before shipping. Otherwise, I leave the cleaning to you. To avoid damage to the fabrics, unwashed items are never steamed or ironed whilst in my care.

Breakables are always shipped boxed. Other garments are mailed: stuffed with tissue, wrapped in cellophane, corded, taped, and double-bagged in tyvek packaging.



VIRTUAL IMAGERY
Colors can get messy so I will do my utter best to manipulate photos to match a frock's true colors --- but since we have different monitor settings the picture palette may be distorted at your end. Additionally, "black garment" photos are always artificially lightened to capture the details.

Therefore, please use the images as impressions - not mirrors - of a garment.
