Pretty Props is an eclectic collection of one of a kind, handmade items for you. I work to serve the customer, so if you have any questions or concerns, please convo me as soon as possible. :)

Payment

As of now, I only accept Paypal as a form of payment. I hope to add more avenues soon. Payment is due within three days of the transaction. If payment is not received, the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

All items purchased before 9 p.m. EST from Sunday through Thursday will go out USPS the next day. International customers, please convo me for updated shipping. If you would like insurance, please convo me for details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, there are no refunds of Pretty Props.
