Payment

I accept Money Orders and PayPal.

Prompt payment is appreciated.Please pay within 3 days of buying an item. Money Orders should arrive within 6 days.

If you do not pay, I will email you. If I do not hear from you within 3 days, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

I will ship the item First Class through USPS within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment.

If an item is expensive, insurance can be purchased. (Otherwise, I do not insure it.)

Any upgrade on postage is available at your expense.

Refunds and Exchanges

A 10% handling fee will be charged on any refunds or exchanges. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

**Exchanges: Please return the item within 3 days. THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT IT WAS SHIPPED OR NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

**If an item arrives damaged, please immediately ship it back, within 3 days. Upon receiving it, I can issue a refund for the amount of the item only. There is no refund on postage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My quilts are from a smoke-free home.

I will gladly do special orders but I require 50% of the decided upon price at the time the order is placed and before I will start any work. The other 50% must be received before I will ship it out. Due to the fact, that I am doing a custom order, there will be no refunds or exchanges on custom work. Thank you.
