Payment

Payment is required at the time you place your order. Paypal is the accepted form of payment

Shipping

Orders of items in stock are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. Custom orders may take longer for shipping (I will notify you of shipping date).

All orders are shipped with the lovely people at Canada Post. Delivery times are calculated by Canada Post and are approximate. You can expect your order to fall within these times:

Canada
(2-4 business days)

USA
(6-12 business days)

International
For all International inquiries, contact us.

We ALWAYS refund any shipping overcharges over $1.00. (your PayPal account will be refunded once your order has been shipped)

You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site at www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any unworn, unused item in new condition may be returned for refund up to 14 days after it is received by a customer (shipping costs payable by customer). Please contact me if you have concerns about any products and would like to proceed with a return or exchange.
