Welcome to my store. I hope that all of my policies are clear and understandable. If anything is unclear, please feel free to convo. me and I will try to solve the mystery. I am typically around, unless I have indicated in my store that I am on vacation.

I will gladly consider trades from other Etsy sellers, with a promise of reciprocal feedback.

Payment

I accept PayPal or check via mail. Items will be shipped upon reciept of payment.

Shipping

I will ship your print in a protective plastic sleeve, as well as between sturdy cardboard. I typically ship regular United States Postal Service. If you wish, I will send your items via Certified Mail at no additional cost to you. I will also combine shipping when you purchase more than one item. (Convo me for details.)

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that you will be totally delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, and we can discuss possible solutions to fix the issue. If we are unable to fix the situation, you can return your print in the original, re-salable condition within 30 days and I will refund your money, minus shipping costs. If an item is lost or damaged in the mail, I will gladly replace the item with proof of the damage.

To be placed on my mailling list about sales, new photograps and future products, please convo me or email me at carrie [!at] comprehensivecommunications.info. You can simply write, "Mailing List" in the subject line, or send me a brief message. I promise that you will not be deluged by information; I limit my mailings to once or twice a month.
