Syppah's Shop Policies

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to my shop. I sell handmade crocheted items and their patterns along with other crafts. Most of my items are made from my own pattern designs, and others are from modified free use patterns. My goal is to make cute, quality items to bring happiness to everyone that sees them!

Payment

Payment is accepted through Paypal only.

Patterns will be emailed within 24 hours of recieving Paypal payment. Items will be shipped within 3 days of recieving Paypal payment, unless otherwise notified in the discription.

If an item is purchased and no payment is recieved within 3 days, I will cancel the order.

If you would like to cancel an order, you must notify me before shipment is completed. Otherwise no refunds can be given. Refunds will be returned minus the paypal fee.

Shipping

Shipping is done by standard US mail. If you would like an upgrade to faster shipping or if you would like to add insurance, please contact me BEFORE purchasing the item. I will then change the shipping rate to reflect these additions.

I will confirm an item has shipped through Etsy.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am unable to give refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Depending on the situation I may be able to offer an exchange of an exact or similar item.
