Thank you for checking my policies, designed to ensure your happiness with your purchase. You can see the quality and love of a lifetime of crafting in every item I offer. Now experience the customer service of someone who truly cares.

Payment

Payments in US dollars only, please.

¤   I happily accept installment payments!   ¤

PayPal and RME: Please pay in full within 3 calendar days of purchase.

(For RME, use the "Other" Payment Method, then send me a message and I'll send your RME invoice.)

Money Order: Your money order should be received within 7 days of purchase (14 days for buyers outside the US.)


Cancellation by you: I try to ship promptly, so any cancellation by you after shipping will be treated as a refund request. Please see Refunds and Exchanges, below.

Cancellation by me: If I do not receive payment or any contact from you within 21 days of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item.

Shipping

I do my best to ship within 3 business days of payment.

My standard shipping method is through USPS.
There will be a surcharge of $1.00 per shipment to the same address (not per item within the shipment) to use a different shipper such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Expedited shipping is available; please contact me for rates.

Buyers within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories): Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping cost. Optional insurance is available for a small extra charge; please contact me for rates.

Buyers outside the US: Customs fees and similar charges, if any, are to be paid by the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 7 days. Refunds or exchanges will be worked out on an individual basis; I reserve the right to refuse a refund request if circumstances warrant.

If a refund is to be issued it will be for the purchase price only; shipping costs, taxes, insurance, etc. are nonrefundable. The item(s) must be returned to me at the buyer’s expense, in good condition, within 10 days (21 for buyers outside the US.)

Custom Orders:

I love doing custom work, so please contact me if there's something specific you want. Custom orders take me an average of one week to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. Remember to allow time for discussing the details as well as for shipping, especially if you need the item by a certain date.
