Welcome to my shop!! I hope your visit will be pleasingly colorful, literally. Stained glass is all about color and light.

Please feel free to contact me about custom work; your design and colors, or mine. Most of my stained glass is done in the Tiffany style (each piece of glass is cut, grinded to smooth the edges, taped with copper foil, and soldered together). I use a zinc border for extra stability.

Each panel is washed and polished with a carnauba cleaner wax. The panel is then buffed, making a beautiful finished product that will last a lifetime.

Payment

Pay Pal is my preferred choice of payment. However, I also accept credit card (through Paypal), money order or cashier's check. Personal checks will be accepted, but item will not be shipped until check clears the bank.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via U S Postal Service within 1-3 days of receipt of payment, unless your order is for a commission piece. I use Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office, and will email the Confirmation number when the item is mailed.

Shipping to UK will be via First Class International. Buyer will be liable for all customs or other fees.


Insurance is advised on large items. Insurance is for the buyer's protection, and all claims will go through the buyer. Please convo me, upon checkout, if you want insurance. I will send a revised bill including the cost of the insurance.

Please advise of any address changes before shipping. Otherwise, I will use the address provided through paypal.

Each order will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and/or filled with styrofoam peanuts. I want you to receive your panel in perfect condition for your immediate enjoyment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items returned damaged are not subject to refund or exchange. If you are not happy with your purchase, convo me (within 7 days) before leaving feedback, and we will work the problem out. I am very customer service oriented. I will refund your money or offer an exchange.

The shipping costs are not refundable.

I guarantee all of my work, as I am a professional in the business for over 25 years.

I can make smaller items in quantity, with a discount for multiple items of like kind and size. I will offer a 10% discount and free gift to first time return customers; as I really do appreciate your business, and want you to be very happy with your purchases.

I also welcome custom orders, with free shipping.

Please convo me with any questions or problems before leaving feedback. Again, I appreciate your business.

I prefer to use dishwashing liquid and a soft brush to clean my panels. Then a carnauba wax is applied and buffed to a nice shine.

Please remember solder is not lead free unless stated. After all these years I have never had a problem with lead poisoning, but it is best if children (or anyone) be advised to always wash hands good after handling.

If you ever have a breakage and need repair to your panel, I will be happy to do so for a reasonable charge.
