Payment

By-Low Baby currently accepts payments made through PayPal.

Shipping

Shipments are generally sent Priority Mail within 2 business days after receipt of payment. By-Low Baby is happy to accomodate requests for expedited shipping. Please contact us to make arrangements for expedited shipping. We make every effort to charge appropriate shipping fees. If the actual shipping cost is significanly different than that charged by Etsy, your account will be refunded for the difference.

If you live in or around the Salt Lake City area and are a known customer, you may pick-up your order. Shipping fees will be refunded to your account. If you live in the Salt Lake City area and would like your purchase same-day delivered to you, standard shipping fees will apply. Please contact By-Low Baby if you would like one of these options.

Refunds and Exchanges

We care about the satisfaction of our customers! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will work to correct the situation to the best of our ability.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please allow up to 7 days before shipment to complete custom edge orders. If you need your order expedited, By-Low Baby will make every effort to accomodate your request. Please contact us to make arrangements for expedited custom orders.

By-Low Baby will hemstitch your own fabric for you. To hemstitch your fabric, the costs are as follows:
Blankets: $0.025/inch
Burp cloths: $1.25 each.

By-Low Baby is willing to accomodate custom orders for blankets. Please contact me if you are interested in this service.

Please note: hemstitched blanket and burp kits do not have a finished, crocheted edge. The price of the kit does not include the finished edge should you request to have one added. If you are interested in having a crocheted edge added to your blanket, please choose an edge from Edge Selections. The price is for a blanket set (standard 36x36 blanket and two burp cloths).

All products are made in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
