I accept Paypal, money order, or personal check. Please allow time for payment to clear. I will ship as soon as it does, usually next business day.

Shipping

Shipping is USPS worldwide. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included in shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will refund the full purchase price upon my receipt of returned item minus shipping cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All my dolls are begun with the finest fabrics for strength and durability. Fingers, and/or wings are wired. Cloth doll faces are sculted with paperclay over cloth, and then several layers of paperclay are glazed over the face and sanded to remove seam lines and to create a porcelain-like surface. Some dolls are solid paperclay sculpts. The face is then painted with artist pastels and acrylic paint, and sealed. Eyelashes are attached, and lips are glossed. Fingernails and/or toenails are then added, usually with a french manicure.

Clothing is machine and hand stitched, and usually permanently attached to the body. All visible clothing is fully lined for a finished appearance. Footwear, if any, is handcrafted or painted. Wings, if any, are constructed from materials such as organza, silk, or feathers, inserted into the back, and nonremoveable. Final accessories are then added. Hats, headdresses, flowers, props, and jewelry are some of the finishing touches. Jewelry often incorporates Swarovski crystals.

The piece is then signed and dated. All dolls come with a hangtag and a Certificate of Authenticity with the name and picture of the doll, as well as my signature and date.

These are fine art dolls and are meant to be collectibles. They are NOT toys, and should not be given to young children. Clothing is NOT removeable.
