Welcome to Juliet Rabbit Designs. Below I've outlined the 'Rules of the Shop' so to speak. Thanks for visiting!

Payment

I accept:
-Paypal
-Personal check (purchases will not be shipped until check clears)
-Money Order

Please:
-Pay within 7 days of purchase.
-If you pay by check/money order, notify me when they are mailed. The days it spends in transit will not be counted against you.
-If you do not pay within the alloted 7 days time, your purchase will be canceled, and re-listed in my shop.

Shipping

-Shipments can be made on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and will arrive by United States Post Office as often as possible. (which should be fairly steady)

-I will always provide a tracking number.

-I will provide insurance upon request for an extra fee.

-I will do everything in my power to keep shipping costs low and reasonable for customers.

-Local buyers may NOT pick up their orders in person. (sorry!)

-Yes, I WILL ship internationally, and will mark the package as a gift of full value.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrives broken, please show me a photograph of the damage, and send the item back to me for a 50% refund. Return shipping from you to me will be your responsibility. Item must be returned within 2 weeks of arrival for a refund.

Items that are not received should be taken up with the post office, as a valid tracking number will be supplied for each purchase.
