Welcome to heartfelt design. I take great pride and pleasure in creating each piece of jewelry. I am very particular about how it is made and what it is made with. It is the beauty of the stones that capture my eye and inspire my creations.

Only the finest quality stones, sterling silver, and 14K gold-filled beads are used. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver. Gold-filled beads have real 14K gold bonded to a base metal, giving it more strength and making it more resistant to dents than solid 14K gold. This is NOT the same as gold-plating which is a thin sprayed-on layer of gold, which eventually wears off. All crystals used in my jewelry are Genuine Swarovski Crystals. It is important to me that everything I use is high quality as well as pleasing to the eye…down to the packaging.

Payment

Checks, money orders, and credit card payments through Paypal are accepted.

Paypal:
• Orders being paid through Paypal must be submitted in full within 48 hours of purchasing. Note: You do not need to have an account to pay via Paypal.

• International purchases (made from outside the United States) will only be accepted by PayPal.

Checks:
• Buyers should contact me with the date check or money order is mailed. Checks must clear before orders are shipped. If check or money order is not received within 10 days of purchase, order will be cancelled.

Shipping

• Shipping to all places in the United States is $3.50 (that includes multiple items in one order) with insurance and delivery confirmation.

• Shipping to Canada will be $9.00 (insured)

• Shipping to all areas outside of the United States will be $10.00. These items will be sent insured via registered mail.

• All items are shipped in a gift box secured by a ribbon. I generally package two items in one box. If you need additional gift box, Please let me know in the "Message to Seller" should you need separate packaging for each item.

Refunds and Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns must be requested within 14 days of original purchase. Re-sizing can usually be made free of charge. Customer pays shipping. Please contact me with any concerns or requests.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Repairs:
• In the unlikely event your item needs repairing due to the crafting of the piece, repairs are free within 30 days of purchase. Customer pays shipping.

Baby & Children’s Jewelry:
• My jewelry contains small parts. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing any type of jewelry. Please use your best judgment when giving a baby bracelet as a gift. They are intended as Heirloom Keepsakes and should be worn with adult supervision at all times.
