Welcome to my store. Many of the items for sale here are entirely my own work, and all have at least some component made by my own hands. For example, even on the strictly beaded pieces, I make most of the clasps, the extender chains and decorative links, and the lampwork beads. In each item's list of components, I will indicate what is my work and what is not.

Payment

I accept personal checks, money orders, and credit card payments via PayPal.

Upon making a purchase in my shop, you have 72 hours to pay. If you need a bit more time, PLEASE contact me. If I don't hear from you in 3 days, I must cancel your order.

**Pennsylvania residents -- your final invoice will include the state's 6% sales tax.

Shipping

I ONLY ship to addresses on Etsy and PayPal -- please make sure you have the correct one entered as you're checking out. If you are purchasing this item as a gift and want to have it shipped to another address, please send me a note first.

Shipment is via USPS, First-Class Mail. Insurance is included for all items shipped within the US.

Your purchase will ship within 5 days from when payment clears. I know, I know...the faster the better...you want your stuff now! I will try to improve on this commitment whenever possible. If you need anything really fast, let me know and I'll see what I can do (after payment is received, of course).

International customers: Insurance will not be included by default but it is highly recommended. Buyers are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please contact me so we can work out the details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis -- contact me and we'll work it out. In general, here's the deal...

Workmanship is fully warranted on all items for one year from date of purchase. You'll need to pay to ship the item to me, but I will pay for the return trip.

I also offer repairs for items purchased through this store which fail due to...um, shall we say...unfortunate circumstances. You pay for shipping both ways and a nominal charge may apply for those types of repairs (I will give you an estimate before beginning work).

Refunds and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of your receipt, and the items received by me within 10 days. Additionally, I will make minor alterations to any item if notified within 30 days of your receipt date. (Minor alterations are things like shortening a bracelet or necklace, where no additional materials are required and the labor involved is minimal). All shipping costs will be your responsibility.
